Keep the tools that work. Replace the ones that don’t.
Your calendar, your accountant’s software and your payment processor keep doing what they already do well. Tradellen runs the work between them — the call, the schedule, the job, the invoice — so nobody is re-typing the same job into three systems.
Every connection on this page is built and running.
No “coming soon” logos. If it is listed here you can connect it from Settings this afternoon, and where something is only half-built we say which half.
Calendar & email
Your schedule and your outbound mail stay where your team already looks for them.
-
GC
Google Calendar
Appointments booked in Tradellen are written to your Google Calendar, and the events already on it are read back so nobody gets double-booked.
Connected -
M
Gmail
Estimates, invoices and follow-ups send from your own business address, so replies land in your inbox. The permission we ask for is send-only — Tradellen cannot read your mail.
Connected -
Any email address
Not a Gmail shop? Transactional mail still goes out on our sending infrastructure with your business name on it. Nothing to connect.
Built in
Accounting
Invoices, payments and customers reconcile without anyone re-keying them at month end.
-
QB
QuickBooks Online
Customers, invoices and payments push to QuickBooks Online. Disconnecting revokes the token at Intuit, not just on our side.
Connected
Payments
Card and ACH collection that settles into your own account, with the card details never passing through us.
-
S
Stripe
Customers pay an invoice on Stripe's own hosted checkout. We embed no card fields anywhere, so full card numbers never touch our systems.
Connected -
Direct payouts (Stripe Connect)
Connect your own Stripe account once, and card payments settle straight into it — your money, your payout schedule, your bank. Disconnect from Settings whenever you like.
Connected -
Card readers
In-person card entry runs through Stripe. Dedicated terminal hardware, including Square readers, is not supported.
Partial
Phone & texting
The line customers already call, answered and written down.
-
Your business phone line
Forward your existing number, or take a new one. Aria answers, qualifies and books; every call is transcribed onto the customer record.
Connected -
Business texting
A shared inbox on your business line: reminders, on-my-way texts and invoice links, with STOP/opt-out handling built in.
Connected
Your website and lead sources
Anything that can post a form or send an email can put a job in your queue — no bespoke integration needed.
-
Your website's contact form
Point any form at your intake endpoint and submissions arrive as customer requests, deduplicated against people you already know.
Connected -
Lead emails
Forward the lead notifications you already receive and Tradellen parses out the name, number and job, instead of you retyping them.
Connected -
Missed calls and texts
Calls and texts to your business line become the same kind of request, so one queue holds every way a customer reached you.

The honest list.
Software buying goes badly when a logo grid implies more than exists. These are the integrations people ask for that we have not built, and what to do instead.
- Xero, Sage, NetSuite — No direct sync. Export invoices, payments and customers as CSV and import them there.
- Square — Square card readers are not supported. Cards run through Stripe instead.
- Zapier and a public API — Not built. Inbound works today via the intake endpoint; there is no outbound API or Zapier app yet.
- Google Local Services Ads — No direct sync. LSA leads can reach you through the email-forwarding route above, but there is no native connection.
- Aurora Solar, Xactimate and other trade estimators — Not connected. Tradellen's own estimating and pricebook cover this today.
- Payroll providers — No direct sync. Timesheet and labour data exports as CSV.
Missing something that would decide it for you? Email hello@tradellen.com and say which tool and what you would move between them.
It comes in easily, and it leaves easily.
An integration is only worth having if you can also walk away from it.
- Bring your history in. Six importers, live today: customers, inventory, pricebook, equipment, jobs and invoices with their open A/R. In a truck & trailer shop the same three read as fleets, units and repair orders. Every import maps your columns automatically, shows a preview, flags duplicates and invalid rows, and commits nothing until you approve it.
- Take it back out whenever. Five one-click CSV exports from the same screen — pricebook, equipment, jobs, invoices and payments. No export fee, no support ticket, no notice period.
- Least-privilege access. Every connection asks for the narrowest permission that does the job. The Google permission is Calendar plus send-only mail, so Tradellen cannot read your inbox. Disconnect from Settings and the token is revoked at the provider, not just forgotten by us.
The ones that actually decide it.
Straight answers, including where the answer is no.
Do I have to move off QuickBooks?
No. Tradellen pushes customers, invoices and payments into QuickBooks Online, so your accountant keeps working the way they already do.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export it. Five one-click CSV exports cover pricebook, equipment, jobs, invoices and payments, and there is no fee, ticket or notice period attached to using them.
Can Tradellen read my email?
No. The Google permission Tradellen requests is calendar access plus send-only mail. There is no read scope, so it is not technically capable of opening your inbox.
Does the money come to me or to Tradellen?
To you. You connect your own Stripe account, and card payments settle directly into it on your own payout schedule. Tradellen is not sitting in the middle holding your revenue.
Do you support Square?
Not for card readers. Card payments run through Stripe. If Square hardware is a hard requirement, Tradellen is not the right fit yet, and we would rather say so now.
Is there an API or a Zapier app?
Not yet for outbound. Inbound works today: any form or lead email can be pointed at your intake endpoint and arrives as a customer request.
